Story

A struggle with the Ocean Master is interrupted by the Scavenger attacking the Aqua family in search of the time decelerator.

Scavenger captures Queen Mera and Aquababy for ransom of the location of the time decelerator.

Being unable to defeat Scavenger he locates the time decelerator but is thawarted by his own ignorance and doing.
